MALIROSA strives to offer highly accurate and realistic guidance based on current German regulations. However:

Visa Decisions: Visa decisions are made exclusively by the competent German Embassy and domestic authorities. MALIROSA has no influence over visa outcomes and does not guarantee that your visa application will be successful.
Employer Placements: Finding an Ausbildung or job contract requires matching with independent German employers. While MALIROSA supports CV development and employer outreach, the final selection decision lies solely with the employer.
German Training Salaries: Trainee stipends vary depending on the sector, training year, and collective agreements of the specific employer. MALIROSA provides average salary ranges as targets and does not guarantee a specific salary.

4. Payment and refunds

Fees for MALIROSA services are structured per module. Specific refund criteria apply to each module and are outlined in full in our Refund Policy. Third-party costs (including German official translations, courier fees, embassy visa fees, and ZAB recognition fees) are paid directly by the client or passed through at cost, and are entirely non-refundable.

All content on the MALIROSA website—including text, images, logos, layouts, and graphics—is the intellectual property of MALIROSA and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any materials without our prior written consent.
