When you submit the application form at malirosa.lk/apply, we collect the personal and background information you provide (name, date of birth, nationality, education, language level, visa interest, WhatsApp number, email) and any files you upload (CV, certificates). This data is used solely to review your profile and respond to your enquiry.
When you contact us via the contact form, WhatsApp, or email, we collect the information you include in your message (name, contact details, enquiry content) to respond to you.
We may use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled to understand how visitors use our website. No personally identifiable data is stored by this tool under our configuration. You can opt out via your browser's privacy settings or a Google Analytics opt-out extension.
We process your personal data on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give when submitting the application or contact form. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at service@malirosa.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Application data submitted through our website is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored securely. Uploaded files are stored in a private server directory not accessible via public URL. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as strictly necessary to deliver the service (e.g., our email service provider). We retain your data for a maximum of 2 years from the date of submission unless you request earlier deletion.
