MALIROSA combines German-side experience with a strong understanding of Sri Lankan candidates, families and local education needs. Our founders come from Sri Lanka and Germany, which means we understand both sides of the journey from personal experience.
We understand the hopes and challenges of young people and families in Sri Lanka, and the expectations of German companies, authorities and training institutions. This understanding is not optional. It is the foundation of being a trusted bridge-builder.
Our goal is to provide honest, structured and realistic guidance for people who want to study, work, complete vocational training or build a future in Germany. In addition to our Sri Lanka focus, MALIROSA welcomes interested clients worldwide who are looking for German language training, visa consulting or a structured pathway to Germany.
The name MALIROSA is a blend of our family: Mali (Randima), Ro (Robert) and Sa (Saiger). Two continents, one family, one mission.

Robert Saiger

Certified Coach & Vocational Trainer (IHK / AEVO). At the age of 16, Robert began his own vocational training as a communications electronics technician. Around 15 years later, he personally trained young adults in restaurant service. He holds recognised qualifications as a vocational trainer and has extensive experience in education, coaching and structured professional development. Today, he supports young adults from Asia in preparing for vocational training in Germany and in building a strong long-term perspective for their future.
Our purpose is to connect human potential with real opportunities in Germany, through German language training, professional visa consulting, transparent guidance and structured preparation. We believe this is the foundation of responsible guidance, successful preparation and long-term trust.
The cross-shaped symbol next to the MALIROSA name was originally designed by Robert more than 25 years ago. For MALIROSA, it represents connection, guidance and progress.
The four outer sections represent different countries, cultures and individual life paths, while the centre represents MALIROSA as the connecting point that brings people, education, employers and authorities together. The diagonal element symbolises movement, personal development and the path towards a new future.
Our colors carry deep meaning: green represents growth, opportunity and stability; red represents courage, commitment and action; and white represents clarity, transparency and trust. The overall cross shape also stands for support, responsibility and strong human values.
